Housekeeping

Ext 2136 during office hours

• All chalets are serviced once a day. (Monday to Saturday)
• Housekeeping Services on Sundays is optional at R100.00 extra per day.
• Towels and Linen will be supplied on arrival.
• Towels and Dishcloths will be changed daily if required.
• For your convenience Swimming Towels are available from Reception (Ext. 9), Please DO NOT remove the Towels out of the chalets.
• Tea, coffee, dish washing liquid and soaps are complimentary and supplied on arrival only and will not be replenished daily.
• Please DO NOT remove the Linen / Pillows / Chairs / Duvets / Blankets etc. from the chalets.
• Linen and towels will be collected early on departure day to be ready for the laundry vehicle. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation in this regard.

Chalets are serviced daily between 09H00 and before 13H30 only.

Please Note: The chalet will only be serviced once a day.

Water is Africa’s most precious and valuable resource. Please help us to conserve it. Washing towels consumes vast quantities of water and washing detergents pollutes the rivers.

Should it not be necessary to wash your towels, kindly hang them on the rail or washing line above the bath.

Should you require your towels to be laundered please leave them in the bath. Thank you for your contribution to Water Conservation.

What TO expect from your Housekeeping staff:

Daily making of beds, washing of breakfast/dinner dishes, cleaning bathrooms and refuse removal.

What NOT to expect from your Housekeeping staff:

Babysitting, cooking and or looking after food, spring cleaning, washing and ironing of clothes or washing of vehicles.

Departure, please leave the chalet in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive cleaning left for the Housekeeping staff could be for your account.
