MTN, Vodacom & Cell C networks are received in some areas in the resort and at the Hotel. There is a MTN tower near the Main Security gate.
If you have to change chalets, you will receive notification of your new Chalet number on the evening prior to your move. This does create unavoidable stress and we would like to make the change as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
Please contact the Timeshare Office (Ext. 1515) with regard to this move.
Please complete the Guest Questionnaire handed out during your stay this will assist us to improve our service to you.
Should you have any concerns, contact the Timeshare Office (Ext. 1515) during office hours or the Reception (Ext. 9) after hours.

Please assist us in water conservation by leaving towels that must be replaced on the floor. Towels left hanging, tells us that you wish to re-use them. Using towels more then once, saves thousands of gallons of water each year.

Please assist us in an early departure in order to allow us to prepare your Chalet for the next arrival.
We kindly request that you vacate your Chalet by no later than 10H00 on Check-Out Day.
A charge of R250.00 per half hour or part thereof will be charged for any LATE DEPARTURE.
Before you leave the resort, please hand in your key card to the reception. Kindly avoid demagnetising the magnetic strip. The key card is sensitive to all electronic equipment (i.e. cell phones).
The companies and its employees will not be held responsible for any lost property. Any items left behind at the end of your stay will be collected and stored.
We reserve the right to dispose of any unclaimed articles after a period of three (3) months. The responsibility to notify us of any lost articles rests with you and you will be responsible for any costs incurred in delivering lost articles to you.
Any Foodstuff left on Departure Day will be given to the Housekeeping staff.

Available 24-hours. If you have an emergency after hours: Please phone Reception (Ext. 9) or Security (Ext. 2133) or go and see the Security at the gate. Alternatively, you can phone the After Hours Emergency Number
We have security guards on duty 24 hours a day. The front doors have security locks and can only be opened from inside, please ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked when you leave the chalet even for a short time.
Please Note: The fences are electrified.
Should you be fortunate enough to have had your stay extended in the same Chalet, please remember to stop off at Reception after 10H00 on Friday, in order to renew your Chalet Key Card and obtain a new vehicle security gate access disc.
Your telephone line will be locked when you check into chalet. Please contact Reception (Ext. 9) to ask for your line to be opened. You will be asked to pay a deposit by credit card or in Cash.
It is advisable to go to Reception when making any payments.
Dial ‘0’ for an outside line and ‘9’ for Reception. You will hear a normal dialling tone – Now dial your number. Contact Reception (Ext. 9) for the current billing rate.
If you have used the Telephone, please make arrangements to settle your account with Reception before your departure.
